  This was a lovely B&B close to Lancefield that is at one part of the owner's house. We booked through Airbnb and Anne greeted us despite being quite late at night. The facilities were lovely and we enjoyed the wood fire. The only thing to note the roads to the accommodation are unsealed so can make your car muddy.

  Carragh farm B&B was perfect for my wife and I during our visit to Melbourne. The Hosts were excellent making sure that the fire was lit and the rooms nice and warm on our arrival late in the evening. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms spacious. We liked it so much we stayed and extra night.

  Wow. Found this B&B by accident and could not have been happier. Private entrance, full kitchen, lounge and bedroom with en suite. The fittings and finish were high quality and there were even complimentary drinks in the fridge. To top it off there was foxtel and complementary WIFI. the hosts, Martin and Anne are friendly and easy going, they even allowed us to use their phone when we needed to make a call. Would absolutely recommend and put the amenities and service beyond that of the bigger B&B "chains". Well worth the $.
